In order to return a product please fill out the form below. You are required to provide your full name, contact details, order number, and your reason for requesting a refund or replacement. 

Returns will be accepted up to 10 days after the date of purchase if the product is unwanted. For a return to be accepted the product must be unopened and in original condition. Any damaged product or packaging will not be accepted for a return. 

When returning a product it must be packaged in the same or similar padded mailer, and all returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense. 

In the unlikely event that your product has arrived damaged please fill out the form below and you will be contacted by a member of our team. You will be required to provide evidence of the damaged product, and if deemed eligible you will be provided with a replacement or refund.
